Overview of the Franchise

Welcome all to our forum!

This post is to give an overview of what our guild is about. Just like a franchise in real life, it is mostly based on organization. And that is a goal we want to achieve within our guild. Just like all guilds, it has a leader, but in this case we have our own "board" of chairmen where we all make decisions together on equal grounds. And the rest of the guild is so far made up of "Associates" and "Temps". Associates are the general members and make up the bigger part of the guild. Our Temps are the ones who don't meet the level requirement of 40 yet, but aspire towards reaching that goal. Just like in a real company, one starts off small and can work their way up. And whenever possible, higher leveled players will be happy to assist any temps in helping them grow. As we grow, more positions will be created and we hope to become a large and known group in the world of Calmera.
